We work to industry best practice and acquiring formal security certifications will bring numerous benefits, including increased customer trust, enhanced data protection and improved operational efficiencies. By adhering to these rigorous standards, we ensure that your data is handled with the utmost care and security.

We are committed to creating a secure environment for your valuable information and look forward to the positive impact these certifications will have on our service quality and reliability.

Core Pillars of Security

  • Confidentiality: Ensuring that your data is accessible only to authorised individuals and protected from unauthorised access.
  • Integrity: Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of your data, ensuring it is not altered or tampered with.
  • Availability: Ensuring that your data and services are available to you whenever you need them, without interruptions.

Benefits of Security Certifications

  1. Enhanced Trust and Confidence: These certifications demonstrate our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy, ensuring your data is protected.
  2. Improved Security Practices: globally recognised & industry leading security certifications require rigorous security controls, which will ensure our overall security posture and reduce risks.
  3. Compliance and Assurance: Achieving these certifications will help us comply with industry standards and regulations, providing assurance that we are following best practices.
  4. Continuous Improvement: The certification processes involve regular audits and assessments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in our security practices.

Security Standards

We have selected two of the mostly highly recognised global security standards to ensure our customers are right to choose use as their trusted partner.

SOC2: SOC2 (Service Organisation Control 2) is a certification that focuses on the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data. SOC2 compliance involves rigorous audits and assessments to ensure that an organisation's systems are designed and operated securely. Achieving SOC2 certification demonstrates a commitment to maintaining high standards of data protection and provides assurance to customers that their information is handled with care and integrity.

ISO27001: ISO27001 is an international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It provides a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information, ensuring it remains secure. The standard includes requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an ISMS. ISO27001 certification involves a thorough evaluation of an organisation's security practices, policies, and controls. By achieving ISO27001 certification we can demonstrate our dedication to protecting information assets, mitigating risks, and complying with global security standards.

Security Roadmap

Although we have always worked to industry best practices we realise our partners want reassurance of our security position through formal security assessments.

We will achieve SOC2 Type 1 certification in Q2 2025, after which we will enter into the 3-6 month observation window for Type 2.  In parallel with this we will continue our ISO 27001 journey and building out our ISMS and expect certification to this standard in early 2026.

If you have any questions related to our security position please get in touch with us and will happily provide more information.  Thank you for your continued trust and support.
